Background and History

Inoutic / Deceuninck Group

Inoutic is the world leading manufacturer of top quality uPVC systems for windows and doors from Germany for more than half century. Inoutic / Deceuninck (Thailand) is a subsidiary of the Deceuninck Group which with its branches in over 75 countries, has a global network in the field of PVC processing.  In 2007, our brand was renamed from “Thyssen Polymer” to “Inoutic”.  With our extrusion expertise and continuous effort striving for better improvement, our quality stands out among architects and homeowners worldwide. 


1937: Deceuninck was founded in year 1937. Benari Deceuninck started a small company in Beveren-Roeselare, Belgium, for the manufacture of all kinds of buttons, buckles et cetera from plastic sheeting.

1960: The company chose to explore a new direction in plastics production: extruding PVC granules for the manufacture of profiles for the building industry (initially, rollershutter profiles, then window profiles)

1956: The origin of Thyssen Polymer goes back to the year 1956. Foundation of the Kunststoffwerke Gebr. Anger; Production of plastic commences in Bogen / Donau

1985: Change of company name to Thyssen Polymer GmbH, Kunststofftechnik

1995: Acquisition of Vinyl Building Products Ltd. in USA

1997: Thyssen Polymer first entered Asia

1998: Foundation of Thyssen Polymer (Thai) Co., Ltd., Bangkok

2003: Merger of Thyssen Polymer through Deceuninck N.V., Belgium, and became the world leadership for uPVC profile manufacturing

2006: Thyssen Polymer presents the new brand Inoutic at the fensterbau / frontale; Thyssen Polymer becomes Inoutic

2007: Change of company name to Inoutic / Deceuninck GmbH

2010: Launch of new profile system with unique U-value of 0.95 W/m2K
